    YEARLY MAINTENANCES

    Property management and maintenance packages are dependent on the features of each property; an APM team member will help you determine the best package for your particular home. This service can include; air filter changes, water heater flushing, wood and stone care, leak detection and more.

    INTERIOR/EXTERIOR CARE

    At APM we are aware of the conditions that coastal homes endure due to high salt content and moisture. Our team will ensure that your home is cared for properly in order to avoid serious damage overtime. For some clients this can include landscape management. 

    VENDOR/LABOR FACILITATION

    Something gone wrong? No worries, as an APM customer you have two options; submit a request in your app, or give us a call. Whether your issue is an emergency or nonemergency, APM will find the most optimal solution.
